"Walker100" is a mini-conference honoring the late George P. L. Walker, a world renowned volcanologist, on the occasion of his 100th birthday, on March 2nd 2026.
We welcome contributions from all sub-diciplines of Volcanology with an emphasis on, or link to, the Neogene in Iceland and/or the North Atlantic Igneous Province (see preliminary schedule under Scientific Programme). We will do our best to accommodate a large number of oral and poster presentations for this one-day meeting.
We look forward to recieving you in Breiðdalsvík, Eastern Iceland.
